Ae you ready to say good-bye to 2009? Well, if you are then you'll definitely want to participate in the last Maenads gathering of the year!

December is a time to celebrate many special occasions, so its been unanimously decided to welcome in 2010 with Champagne...

This time around, the wine gathering will be hosted in the home of the lovely-maenad Nataly. She lives inSouth Beach, on 14th and Alton, directly in-front of the Gold's Gym. Luckily, there are plenty of metered parking right upfront, so that wont be an issue. To get buzzed in, please call her at (305) 519-2490.

As usual, our gatherings begin at 8 pm, so that we can take advantage of all the yummy champagnes that will be brought.

Muchachas!!

Lately, have you had the urge to wear a kimono? Or maybe watch some anime while sipping on some tea? Or could it be that you’ve decided to redecorate your house using feng shui?

Well, don’t worry ladies, you cravings for sushi will live no longer!

Have no fear because we will be able to show off our samurai skills this Friday. Yes ladies, all our Tae Bo dedication will be put to use..... hehehehehehehe

Just pulling your legs, madams… Unless you want to show-off your karate-chop, the only thing we encourage you to do is partake in some Japanese wine.

This Friday, November 6, 2009, Maenad-Evette will be hosting a wonderful wine gathering for us. As always, your presence is highly sought. However, to facilitate the maenad preparations, we will need to know if you will attend. Kindly r.s.v.p.

Bacchanalia -Friday, September 4th

Calling all fabulous maenads….

The beginning of the month has finally arrived! And we blissfully await it with a long weekend that we beautiful ladies most definitely deserve. However, this also means that several of us will be taking minivacations. Therefore, the 1st Wednesday of the month wine gathering we’ll be somewhat modified. Instead, this month we will hold a Bacchanalia!! (Bacchanalia were wild and mystic festivals held by women who celebrated Dionysus (our Greek god of wine).)

This celebration will be held at Hollywood Vine. Hollywood vine is a wine bar where the wonderful Mr. Tal will be guiding us through several tips of wine. Also, instead of each of us bringing a bottle of wine, he will provide the wine for a small but well-worth fee ;)

This Bacchanalia will be held this Friday, September 4th. Since its located in Hollywood , we can either meet in my house at 8 pm and carpool or you can simply meet us there.

Once a month, on the first Wednesday of each month, we will plan to get together, taste and enjoy various wines, and expand our knowledge and passion for Enology.

More than anything, we're looking for an excuse to have a great time with friends and drink lotsa wine!
